On Sunday we couldn't go to church as D was still a bit under the weather. We all needed an outing so we went to the bird refuge. The Tualatin bird refuge is 5 minutes from our house and absolutely amazing. Usually we take a stroller, but this time we carried the littles on our backs. Toward the end of the walk, we let Will and Nate down to run. They loved it. They enjoyed exploring, touching everything, and lots of running. There was no chance of any wildlife around us with all the screaming from joy. It was so fun to watch them all burn off energy and have so much fun.
