Derek and I had a good Monday. We took the dogs on a walk before the rain came. Then he took a 2.5 hour nap. For lunch we met Kati and Will at the mall. After lunch we walked around the mall and looked around a bit. Then we went to Carli's house and hung out with Carli and Dominick. They have a kitty much to the delight of Derek. Then we took a walk with them as well. It was a day of lots of walks! Before dinner, Derek played with the salad spinner as usual. He also laughed at the dogs and chased them around. He is now in bed after a big day. It was a nice day. It is nice to have lots of distractions when Mike is gone. It is great to hang out with friends! We miss Mike lots and lots. He misses us lots too!
