Apparently the dogs missed us. Alex showed her sadness in an appropriate way...within hours of our arrival back home. Mike thinks she was sad, lonely, and mad so she reverted back to puppy days and ate the mallet. Yes.. THE mallet.. Derek's favorite toy. Naughty Alex. I am looking into replacements.Lucky dealt with sadness in her own way. She crawled into bed after Mike fell asleep and snuggled with him.
