Derek went to work at Nike again and received these cute new shoes. This is the first pair of tennis shoes he fits into (the other pair are still a bit big). I was a tester as well because I still fit into kids' shoes.Derek is still loving all over the dogs. Unfortunately his hugs are a bit much for them. They love when we leave and they can nap in peace. Most of the time though they are the best of friends.
It is a bittersweet week for us. Our dear friends moved back home to England today. We are so happy for them to return to family but we will dearly miss them. They have been such a wonderful part of our lives this year as we were in the same small group at church. We look forward to seeing them again!
